Terms of Use

FORMÉ (formeu.co) is an editorial discovery and comparison service for the home, fashion and other worlds we open over time. We show products sold by third-party merchants, write guides, and provide tools such as comparisons, room-fit checks, price history, price alerts and shared decisions. We do not sell the products shown and we are not party to any purchase.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

• Prices are shown as the merchant listed them for your region on the date we last confirmed, which is printed next to the price. Converted prices are estimates at reference exchange rates and are labelled as such.
• Availability, delivery and returns are the merchant's; the merchant's own website prevails over anything shown here.
• Fit checks, price trends, affinity matches and similar tools work only from the data merchants publish and from measurements you enter. They are aids, not guarantees.
• We never publish invented reviews, ratings or test results.

Links to merchants may be affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the merchant may pay us a commission at no cost to you. This never changes the price you pay or how we select and rank products. Details are in the Affiliate disclosure.

• You must be at least 16 to create an account.
• Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape it, interfere with other users or break the law. We will say why unless the law prevents it.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Editorial text, photographs we own, the FORMÉ name and the design of the site belong to NUVEXIS (NX) or its licensors. Product names, images and descriptions belong to the respective merchants and brands and are shown under their affiliate programmes or with permission. You may share links freely; you may not copy the site, its data or its design for commercial use without our written agreement.

Content you contribute (notes in shared decisions, names you type) stays yours; you grant us the right to display it where you put it. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or that is not yours.

• No automated scraping, bulk downloading or circumvention of rate limits.
• No attempts to access other people's accounts or data.
• No use of shared-decision or alert features to send unsolicited messages.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, NUVEXIS (NX) is not liable for losses arising from a purchase made with a merchant, from reliance on information that a merchant has since changed, or from interruptions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under French or your local consumer law.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may bring a claim there. Consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or a consumer mediator; we will tell you which mediator applies on request. Otherwise the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced on the site or by email to account holders before they take effect.
